“Blue Princess’ Holly is a broad, upright, evergreen shrub, eventually maturing to 15′ tall and 10′ wide. It is easily kept smaller. Dark purplish stems hold glossy, blue-green leaves with spiny-toothed margins. Tiny, inconspicuous, creamy-white flowers appear in Spring. Fertilized female flowers give way to abundant, dark red fruit which persists throughout the Winter.
Tolerant of most conditions, but does best in full to partial sun, with well drained, humitic soil, and regular water.
