Douglas Iris is a vigorous growing California native perennial. It grows in clumps of arching, evergreen leaves, where there is moderate water available.
Lavender-blue to near white flowers appear in late Winter to early Summer, on 1+ foot tall stems. Plant in full sun to light shade on the coast, light shade inland.
Wildlife resistant once established.
Pollinator friendly.
