Ficus Carica Brown Turkey
‘Brown Turkey’ is a large fruited variety, best suited for fresh use. It has bronze skin, red flesh, and may be slightly hardier than most of the other varieties. May produce a large 2nd crop. Is somewhat dwarfing.
The large leaves give this plant a tropical feel, and if left unpruned, can be a very bold statement.
Prefers full sun & well drained soil, but will tolerate less of either.
Pollinator friendly.
Relatively wildlife resistant.
