Carex oshimensis Evercolor® 'Everillo' PP#21,002
A whole-plant mutation of Carex oshimensis ‘Evergold,’ ‘Everillo features cascading, uniformly yellow foliage, growing up to 27 inches in height and 18 inches in width. Leaves begin lime green and gradually turn golden-yellow through the season. In early summer, it bears inconspicuous brown flower spikes on long stems. Easy to grow, low-maintenance, deer-tolerant and cold hardy.
Enjoys full sun and part shade and thrives in moist, fertile, well drained soils. Best foliage color is obtained in part shade rather than full sun.
