Panicum Virgatum Prairie Dog
Selected for a more reserved habit growing 3’ tall with clean blue foliage on upright growth. Heavy flowering plants bloom on the top third of the plant. Pinkish, airy panicles and seed clusters on stems up to 4′. Smaller stature allows this grass to handle heavier snow loads in colder climates. Hardy to USDA Zone 4.
