This graceful fountain grass grows to 2′ in height, making it suitable for tight spaces and smaller landscapes.  Similar in appearance to ‘Hameln,’ but a foot taller and hardier.  Preferred in landscapes that receive significant snow and where temperatures may reach 10-20 degrees below zero. ‘Cassian’ produces pink tinted bottlebrush blooms in mid-summer that persist into fall.  Fall colors of oranges and reds. Continues to look attractive in winter, with a coating of frost and drifts of snow.

Grows best in full sun to part shade, in any well draining soil.  Low water needs once established. 2′ x 2′.
