Vitis ‘Jupiter’ is a vigorous, seedless table grape cultivar developed by the University of Arkansas, prized for its large, crisp berries and distinctive muscat-like flavor. This variety performs best in USDA Zones 6 through 9, making it particularly well-suited to the Southern U.S., lower Midwest, and parts of the West Coast with warm, sunny summers and mild winters.

Designed to thrive in hot, humid climates, ‘Jupiter’ shows excellent resistance to common fungal diseases, such as powdery mildew, making it a reliable producer in areas where other grape varieties may struggle. It ripens early—typically in mid to late summer—allowing it to produce full, flavorful clusters even in regions with shorter growing seasons. While it prefers full sun and well-drained soil, the variety is forgiving and adaptable, making it a favorite among home gardeners and small-scale vineyards.
